Okay...so currently I am trying to lose about 15 pounds but also gain muscle and tone up. I've heard that you need to eat right after a workout to gain muscle. So I feel a little sore today from working on my biceps & back 2 days ago and legs yesterday. Should I go to the gym today and just do some cardio? My question is...Is it better to let your muscles heal or continue to work out with sore muscles?
