I had lost 80 pounds. I kept it off from 2011-2014. But when I was in grad school (2015-2017), I was doing alot of stress eating and gained most of the weight back. Most recently, I’ve lost 20 pounds. But I still have a long way to go. If you’re looking for new friends, add me.

In 2017, I regained so much weight I previously lost. I’m ready to start a new year, healthier. Today I purchased a scale to weigh food to keep me on track and honest.

A couple weeks I was meal planning 7 days in advance for lunch and dinner. It was really helpful. I want in. Just got through Christmas and I didn’t over eat. So proud of myself. I’ve lost four pounds in the last couple days. I feel so inspired by everyone’s stories of weight loss.
