I was going to say if you're making new year resolutions, you're 3 months late. Try again next year. Then you pointed that out.

I'm starting to think everything you post on this forum is one major troll. And that's coming from a major troll.

If your goal is to collapse and perhaps die, go for it. If you want to lose in a healthy manner, opt for a slight deficit and stick to it long term rather than rushing to lose everything all at once. Most of the time people end up bouncing back and eating back everything they've lost after starving periods anyway.

You're lying. I don't know which part of your post is bs - whether it's the 1200 calories a day or the fact that you weigh everything, or something along those lines, but those are conditions that pretty much GUARANTEE weight loss. And even if you weren't, 20 days is peanuts. Come back in another 20 living under those…

Whats a calorie
-
I'm a math geek myself and can confirm. Numbers rule the world. "Qualitative" analysis like whether something is "healthy" or not is completely useless in terms of weight loss.
-
I sure hope "watching what you eat" includes the use of a food scale. "Healthy" foods have calories too. If more calories enter your system than go out, you'll gain weight, regardless of whether the calories came from spinach and brussel sprouts or chocolate and ice cream.

Jam. Mostly because of the little berry bits that are mixed in along with it.

And the Woo of the year is awarded to...

Yes I'm Canadian. That's why I'm asking - there are certain products whose entries are strictly in mL.

Say no till they get the message. Get it across however you have to - be mean, rude, yell, any combination thereof. I live with my grandmother and if I accepted food every time she offered some I'd be well into the overweight/obese category. She got the message that I'll come up for food when I want to, not when she tries…

>1800 calories "Can't stop eating". If only I could dream of considering 1800 a binge. When I can't stop eating I'll easily surpass 5000+ and still be hungry. Just chill and chug a bottle or two of water. That'll keep you satisfied till the food sets in and you feel full(er).

Small breakfast, small to medium-sized lunch, save the majority of my calories for night. The worst feeling in the world is it being 6 PM and out of calories for the day, even though you're only going to sleep 6-8 hours from then.
-
Why not.

You're doing a terrible job of keeping track of how many calories are entering your system, you're greatly overestimating your TDEE, or a combination of both. The fact that you let two years slip by without realizing this is beyond me.

It's been scientifically proven that working out does indeed make you fat. You can counter it by staying seated 8 hrs a day and stuffing your face with chocolate and cookies. It's science.

>Started in January After many years, you get fed up. Enjoy it while it lasts.

When I'm not eating I'm thinking of eating.

Losing any excess flab is the only way I've found makes mine better. I've come to terms with worst case scenario - they're here to stay. They say they disappear as you grow into adulthood... I'm turning 22 in a few weeks and still have them to a degree - mind you, much less prevalent than they used to be, but that's due to…

Oh no, another "help it's been a few weeks and I haven't lost any weight" thread. You don't weigh your food. It's been less than several months. You say you don't eat big portions, which is all relative. A big portion for me is 3000 calories in one sitting. What's big for you may be puny for someone else. If I could eat…

Called it. Following this thread from now on for entertainment purposes.

Sometimes people just need to be roasted before they begin to get a clue. Plus it's fun.

Let me preface this by saying that exercise is not necessary to lose a significant amount of weight. However, it does wonders for your physical health in general and it would be remiss to neglect an opportunity to get your heart pumping and stronger muscles. It doesn't need to be a lot, but if you had the opportunity to…

"I don't understand my percentages" is not a valid question. Are you asking whether your current macros are okay for a keto diet? You should be more specific when asking for advice. If so, keto generally demands 5-10% of your calories coming from carbs, everything else coming from a combination of fat and protein, fat…

This jar was full when I started. The rest is gone now. The consequences of emotionally irritated eating are absolutely insane. +2 plates of pasta, a plate of beans, lots of bread with peanut butter, I think I've undone this week's deficit in one sitting. I want to say I'm disappointed, but more than anything I find it…

Yes. Watermelon has been scientifically proven to be one of the 5 worst foods for dieting by (insert worthless source here). Also spot fat removal is a thing and water has calories. No.
