Not too sure how much your waist would line up to mine, but I have a 31" waist and I still consider it pretty slim. Something tells me your idea of a wide waist is nothing more than a supermodel-induced illusion by seeing too many 20" waists in the advertisements and expecting to look exactly like them. Get help.

Yesterday. Easter weekend took its toll.

My workouts start in the morning and drag on throughout the course of the day. 5 minutes of jump rope, 40 pushups, 15 pullups, spaced out evenly throughout the day until I've done it 4-6 times. First set is immediately after breakfast.

Keep busy. It's easy to lose track of time when you have something to do. I've been studying/doing homework all day these days now with finals creeping up on me and barely notice the meal hours passing.
