I confess I did it for month or so till I read the ingredients on the flavor packs. some of the packets were pretty bad. maybe it applies maybe it does not depending on the product though.

I have had really good luck with my Garmin Fenix. More of a fitness tracker than a smartwatch in my opinion, but after a smart watch I really do not want to be that connected all the time to the world! Daily as long as i am not traveling. I think it works with my "I have to fill this data in" mind, but I d not worry about the actual number itself. More of a what is my body doing based on what I ate and the activity I have been doing.

I travel on planes way too much. At first it was having tons of extra seat belt left when you buckled up, but now I realize I can actually "swim upstream" in the aisle and pass people if i have too! (the wonders of overbooked flights and lots of luggage everyone carries during the winter)

Scales will catch up. Fun to look at the scale as more a part of a puzzle. Work out really hard, sore, etc and see how long it takes for the scale to react. Mine is a simple one. Sitting in a folding chair and being able to see the sides of the seat during a job site visit. Same thing in a plane, see both sides and lots of extra room in the seat belt.
