  • Simply listening to your body and learning the difference between “sore” and being truly hurt or injured! I am not always the best at this and try to push my body too far sometimes, but it’s something we can all learn and practice!
  • Cereal is my go to guilty pleasure! To make this less guilty, I am trying to only indulge in my cereal loving habit once a week, only buying “healthy” brands, and just not buying it as often.
  • My fitness focus for 2018 is to continue rehabbing my back until I’m at 100%! I want to continue going to physical therapy and introduce more stretching and body weight exercises to regain strength and flexibility. If I reach this goal sooner than later, I would love to start running again and run another marathon!
