I'm on day 7 of tracking food in the my fitness pal app and day 9 of completing a 28 day beginner's pop Pilates calendar. I started at 260 and as of this morning I am down to 255.2. 10.2 lbs from hitting my first goal of 245. I can do this.

I completed a 3000 squat challenge in June and I am continuing them this month. I'm at day 5 and have completed another 500 squats for a total of 3500 since June 1st.
