Not much to say about this past week except that it was head down, slow and steady progress. Looking forward to getting into my next decade.3 -

Not much happened this past week. But I'm honestly not surprised. I was pretty lax with my carbs and calories. I was at a deficit but I'm pretty sure I've got some water weight hanging around. I had some drinks, too, and I normally don't drink anything. I'm leaving to visit my new baby niece in Chicago on Friday and I had a goal weight of 222 in mind but due to this past week, probably not gonna happen. I'm gonna be very focused this week and diligently stick to 25g of carbs or less and ensure that my fat intake is a little lower and see where that gets me. See you next week!!1 -
I'm on day 7 of tracking food in the my fitness pal app and day 9 of completing a 28 day beginner's pop Pilates calendar. I started at 260 and as of this morning I am down to 255.2.
10.2 lbs from hitting my first goal of 245. I can do this.4 -

I would love to join in. Hope it's not too late? Been a long time MFP member, but got sidetracked when I went back to school. Gave up all beverages except unsweetened as water
Significantly cut carbs , increased water and monitored protein intake.
Exercise is 4-7 days/ wk usually elliptical, treadmill (walking 3mph) or circuit training

My sweet tooth has gotten the better of me, especially when surrounded by family. I'm sticking to mfp though, logging everything, and facing the truth.
Next week's goals: Move more, make healthier choices in my search for sweetness, do something other than eat when relatives are around

I couldn't weigh in today because my scale has needed batteries for a few days. But my last recorded weight was 223 which was 3 lbs down from my last check in. Since my knee is swollen I have a feeling I'm retaining water so am probably higher than that at the moment. Will update more accurately next week!5 -

So glad to have that large bag of dog food off my back!
I’m still 20 days behind my goal pace to lose 100lbs by Dec 31, but now that I’m in better physical shape,
It will be interesting to see how more activity plays against harder fat loss as I get closer to goal weight
which is 110lbs(5’2")8 -
