    JULY 21 - it feels a bit like "slow and steady" right now, but we all know the adage!

    I could not bring myself to weigh in yesterday. I went out of town for a few days and indulged too much. I planned to get back on track today. It didn't happen. :( I am just going to drink water the rest of today and start again tomorrow.

    Hello! I am sorry to have been quiet. I lost track of where this discussion was (I just bookmarked it!), but have been working away at this since I posted a note back in July. I just bookmarked the discussion so I don't lose it again.

    9/3 - 222.4 (1/3 there! 82 pounds to go)

    Goals for this week:
    1) stick to food plan
    2) at least 450 minutes walking, martial arts, yoga, step aerobics, etc.

    Goal for this month:
    get my weight below 217 (lose 5 pounds)

    I meant to check back on the 1st but the holiday wknd got me all screwed up. Well, I upped my calories and carb count went up with it. I was "maintaining" but ended up dropping 4 lbs anyway into September. :D
