Forgot to post an update last week but that's okay because my stats haven't changed at all. I've decided to take a small break and eat at maintenance for a bit. Thinking I'll just maintain through August to recharge.2 -
I could not bring myself to weigh in yesterday. I went out of town for a few days and indulged too much. I planned to get back on track today. It didn't happen. I am just going to drink water the rest of today and start again tomorrow.3

I meant to check back on the 1st but the holiday wknd got me all screwed up. Well, I upped my calories and carb count went up with it. I was "maintaining" but ended up dropping 4 lbs anyway into September.4
