What is everyone doing to reach their goal? I am being honest with my calorie intake and trying to drink about gallon of water a day. Today I weighed 263.
My biggest issue right now is portion control. I'm really trying to only prepare what I will eat for that meal. It's a pain to do it this way, but if it works I'll put up with the inconvenience.

Less than 2weeks from being 5months post partum. My start weight was 236lbs. I now weigh 183.2lbs. I'm struggling between losing and gaining 5lbs. Just can't seem to keep it off. I broke my first barrier about a month ago but this one is really not budging. My goal weight total is 120/130lbs I'm 5'4". However I'm breaking my goals down my current goal is 160lbs.
I am trying to post in here about once a week. Today was a good day, but struggled a lot with Valentine's Day. My kids soooo much chocolate. It was everywhere and no I didn't buy it all. Boyfriends, grandparents, aunts, and school friends. I am glad all the good stuff is gone now. I have a mini goal to be 230 before my cruise In May.
Wondering the same thing! I finally got back up off my behind today and went to a Zumba class with some awesome ladies! I'm starting at 296 with an ultimate goal of 175, but anything under 200 would make me very happy!!
In my case, I dropped 80 in a year. It took just under four months for another 20. I started at 254 on October 30, 2016 and hit 154 last Sunday. I'm aiming for 130, so I've got a little bit more to go... but wayyyyyyy less than I did sixteen months ago!
Gonna get up off my *kitten* and put this meal and fitness tracker to work! Starting at 255 and want to get to between 150-170. I need to wake up my metabolism and be accountable! I’m going to try to stick with a pretty Keto diet.
