For those that have 100 pounds to lose. A year long challenge starting today. What can we accomplish in a year?!

as im only 5ft i should weigh about 126 but i would be happy to get to 153 any loss i would be happy with as that would be an achievement :-)7

What is everyone doing to reach their goal? I am being honest with my calorie intake and trying to drink about gallon of water a day. Today I weighed 263.11

My biggest issue right now is portion control. I'm really trying to only prepare what I will eat for that meal. It's a pain to do it this way, but if it works I'll put up with the inconvenience.7

I’m in!! I’m starting at 292lbs. I have PCOS and I want to get healthy. Loosing the weight will get my PCOS symptoms under control and I know I will feel better about myself. Goal weight 15012

Less than 2weeks from being 5months post partum. My start weight was 236lbs. I now weigh 183.2lbs. I'm struggling between losing and gaining 5lbs. Just can't seem to keep it off. I broke my first barrier about a month ago but this one is really not budging. My goal weight total is 120/130lbs I'm 5'4". However I'm breaking my goals down my current goal is 160lbs.4

I'm in. My current weight is 221.6 lbs and I'm trying to get down to 145 lbs. I'm trying to get to 170 by August. I'll update this every month3

I am trying to post in here about once a week. Today was a good day, but struggled a lot with Valentine's Day. My kids soooo much chocolate. It was everywhere and no I didn't buy it all. Boyfriends, grandparents, aunts, and school friends. I am glad all the good stuff is gone now. I have a mini goal to be 230 before my cruise In May.2

Made it to the gym today. Also broke through the 260's and made it to 259. I now have less than 100 pounds to lose!!! Yes!18

Wondering the same thing! I finally got back up off my behind today and went to a Zumba class with some awesome ladies! I'm starting at 296 with an ultimate goal of 175, but anything under 200 would make me very happy!!5

In my case, I dropped 80 in a year. It took just under four months for another 20. I started at 254 on October 30, 2016 and hit 154 last Sunday. I'm aiming for 130, so I've got a little bit more to go... but wayyyyyyy less than I did sixteen months ago!22

Gonna get up off my *kitten* and put this meal and fitness tracker to work! Starting at 255 and want to get to between 150-170. I need to wake up my metabolism and be accountable! I’m going to try to stick with a pretty Keto diet.8

I have finally started to go to the gym. I am doing 45 minutes of cardio. WLking at 3.2 mph last night. Trying to stay focused.7

Starting 230, Currently 201.2 , and my first GW is 190, UGW being 130. I've mainly been doing CICO and have been thinking of starting some kind of working out, but I just can't seem to find the motivation to. I might do the 30 Day Shred when I start since I've heard good things about it.3

I just started tracking again last week and was down 2.8 lbs yesterday. It could have been a little more but I faltered a couple of times during the week eating a total of 1800 extra calories for the week than I had planned on. Lesson learned and I'm moving forward. I'm currently 251.8, and I'd like to hit at least 150 then take things from there.
Portion control was a major issue of mine. As soon as I ate something in the morning I was hungry throughout the day. I'd end up having at least 3 meals that were way too big and snacking in between. Just over a week ago I started intermittent fasting with one meal a day (OMAD) and it has been a game-changer for me. Not eating as soon as I woke up left me not even feeling that hungry all day so I just drink water until it's time for my meal. I get in at least 1200 - 1300 calories, which leaves me feeling very full and satisfied.
I realize eating once a day isn't for everyone, I'm just glad it's working for me. It's keeping me in a deficit and I'm excited to see how it goes each week.11 -
Can I join? I'm staring at 260 and I want to lose ~25 lbs by the time I hit our family vacation in june. I have lost 100 lbs once before... but gained it all back We r going to iceland in june... and I booked an ATV tour for our family. Well, tour requires you to wear some gear they provide... including like a snowsuit type thing. Of course I"m nervous they won't have a snowsuit that fits this plus sized body. So, I'm gonna kick it into gear so I don't have to worry so much! I'm sick of having to worry about stuff like this instead of being able to enjoy life.7

Anyone can join at anytime. I would love for people to update their progress once a week. I will be weighing in the morning. This is a process. Mess ups are to be expected, just don't let them keep you down.11

Hi! New member here!! I'm only 20 years old and my highest weight was 300 lbs. I've been struggling to lose weight for as long as I can remember but finally decided to focus on it about the middle of last year. There were lots of ups and downs but with some hardwork and consistency, I started this year at 268.8 lbs and I last weighed in at 250.4 lbs! My next goal is 230 lbs but ultimately I want to get under 200 (hopefully within a healthy range: ~120-150, for my height). I do weekly weigh ins on Saturdays so I'll post updates then I can't wait to see how much progress we all make!11

Joining late. My doctor recommended keto so I'm meal prepped and starting tomorrow. Original weight 293, current weight 271, goal weight anything under 200 but 175 ultimate. (I'm 6ft tall.)6

At one time I was 311lbs. I am currently 229.6lbs. I have lost 81.4lbs but I still have 55.6 lbs to go till my goal weight of 174. I decided on that weight because I will no longer be obese just overweight and that means a lot to me. I know I don't have 100lbs to go but I would be more than happy to join you all.7

I'd love to join this challenge! I'll be weighing in tomorrow (Sunday) and will update weekly. I'm trying really hard to stick to a low-carb diet and drink lots of water.2
