Joining new here in this thread. I am currently due to my Ashley Horner workouts having to run 2 miles before every lifting session, so I am hitting about 10 a miles a week, and then moving into 3 miles 5x a week as I move into Phase 3 of the workouts...so looking at hitting 15 miles per week starting in August.
