No, I'm not. I live in a very rural area and there aren't any gyms close. That's why I've stuck with strength exercises thus far.

I agree with the suggestions of walking. It's what I did and even starting out with small intervals (I started out with 15 minutes, personally), made a notable difference. Thanks so much for all the advice! I hadn't thought that my calorie deficit was too aggressive, since I do have a desk job and pretty much sit at a computer 12am-8am, five nights a week. But I do help around on a ranch during the day. Nothing strenuous, but it does have me moving around. So I'll see about changing around…
