So warm currently in England it’s beautiful deffo makes me motivated to lose weight !! So I can fit in all my summer clothes B)

I’m mixing it with kettlebells so one week I’m doing KB then the next week Insanity Just because of my shift patterns I wake up and work or as it’s the only time I can do it

@tammierlewis oh gosh that’s so sad :/ could you make her something out of her clothing like a pillow or something like out of one of her favourite tops do you know what I mean it basically a pillow case it might just mean she’s got a piece of her she can hug

A loss is a loss no matter how big or small well done you’ve done more than most people sometimes weight loss is small and water retention can play a big part don’t get down keep your head up !!

It’s the net carbs that confuse me how do I actual calculate the and are them carbs like pasta and bread or natural ones like potatoes
