Started at 240 lbs on Christmas Day 2017. Now at 215 on my way to reaching 190 within 6 months. As of today, I'm halfway there after about a third of the time; but a lot of weight came off in the beginning. Pace is now about 1.5 to 2 lbs per week.

I follow the Body for Life eating principles, with Nutrisystem foods as the foundation, but find I have to supplement their plan (even with the grocery additions) for potassium and iron.
