A lean body isn't build in the gym, it's made in the kitchen. Count calories. Eat 90:10 healthy (90% healthy all week, 10% a week of non healthy for ONE meal to prevent insanity). Yoyo weight gain is caused by lack of kitchen and food knowledge.
