I have had 3 fitbits, Surge (cr@p, had 3 of those), Blaze (loved it) and now have the Alta and love that too. Apart from the Surge which I think was an all round pain in the butt I've been lucky with my Fitbits.

So not taking anyone else's advice to go and see a professional about your stomach or mental health issues? Yes, gummie bears are the answer.

I think your weight is too low at 146 let alone 125. If you drop any further you will be doing your body damage and will not be able to fuel those workouts. You are already on a VLCD. This is just my opinion though.

I have the Fitbit Versa and I love it! Fitbits first attempt in to the smartwatch arena. Whilst its not up there with the iWatch yet its has good potential.

This! I need a variety and "naughty / dirty" food but it fits my calorie goal so all is good.
