Our guineapigs Elizabeth (black nose) and Paige. We adopted them in December after they were found walking the Streets in Waukegan and picked up by police. They have struggled with infections and the vet has become a weekly thing. Nursing these babies was one reason I fell off the exercise train, it’s a lot of work. But…

I agree that temperate grayness is not entirely unappealing, although Arizona desert would be even better (even without an awesome Lynx!). In February it’s just another cold day here. 🥶 👙. One upside is the pretty sunrise over the frozen shore of Lake Michigan.

Chicago was coated in ice this morning and the roads surrounding the tallest buildings were blocked off, so nobody would get hit by falling ice. We could use some desert flowers 🌸

Joining late. I’m Eva, 40, about 155 pounds (still halfway down from an original 167) and hoping to get back to about 142. What’s more important, I’ve fallen off the exercise wagon this winter and need to get back on!

I’m Eva. 3rd time doing this challenge (sort of). Joining late in August after about two weeks of travel and an extra cheat day to settle back in and relax at home, so I won’t be in the winner’s circle this month either.

yesterday and today: not tracking because I have no way of knowing calories at conference, but feels like I’m under. Exercised, meditated.

Decided to not attempt tracking/guessing conference food. Food is good and staying within limits. kept up yoga and meditation. Can’t wait to come home though.
