I relate my addiction is all carbs... I had spaghetti last night and spent the rest of the night wishing i had made more so there had been leftovers. Im still thinking about it and it makes me crazy.

I'm eating high protein low carb items like today I had egg whites with a little cheese, sliced tomato, 1 strip bacon and 2 small sausage links. My calorie intake is 1850.

I just started following closely again today but the hunger is what has derailed me time after time. I feel I may need to speak with a dietian to help me.... Honestly I don't know how to eat as healthy as I thought I did.
