Sweets in general (esp. icecream) or salty stuff (esp. Grooves or tortilla chips).

If I have sweets my body always wants more.

Any type of cheese, I read that it can become addicting to some people! All I know is that I can only buy small amounts of it at a time.

Captain Crunch cereal. I bought a big box for my husband a couple weeks ago...like a ginormous "value" size...and ate all of it over the course of the week. It was embarrassing. (this applies to all sugary kids cereal....it's why I only keep plain Cheerios in the house now)

Also, Diet Coke and Diet Pepsi. Calorie wise, drinking them is fine because obviously they have no calories. But I swear, when I drink them my sweet tooth is 100 times worse. I just want sweet cookies and candy. So, I stopped buying them.

Too many to mention, but peanut butter is king...!

It's funny; while I was losing the weight, I had great discipline - it wasn't until I hit into maintenance that I started having to be careful what I brought into the house.

Chips, chips and more chips! I have to say I haven't bought any since January and I haven't really missed them. I don't really want to take the chance of what could happen if I bought them into the house.

Wine, but when I drink it triggers me binge eating. I will eat anything and every thing in sight. Especially chocolate.

Same here. When a recipe calls for it, I'm pretty good if I only buy just exactly what I need, but any extra will be devoured immediately.
