I’m really bad at remembering to come on here to post but I started keto on Jan 1st at 175 and today I was 162! The thing that has encouraged me the most is taking progress pictures every two weeks. My last picture only represented a 4lb loss but there’s a huge difference in inches based on the picture!

I’m still figuring out how to use the mfp app so I’m a bit late to this challenge, but I started Keto on dec 31st at 175lbs and this past Sunday I was 167lbs! My goal is to lose 40lbs my dream is to lose 60lbs. This is my first time trying keto. I’ll add a picture from the first day of week one to the first day of week 3.

Good news! I ate four fat bombs before I went to bed last night and felt great when I got up this morning. The bad news is it took forever to fall asleep and then the baby was up three times

Thank you all so much I have been adding sea salt and pink Himalayan salt to everything I eat. I am not getting enough calories I did eat more fat bombs today. And I will have a salty snack before bed. I ordered MCT today so hopefully that will help.

I’m in, I started my keto diet on Sunday! SW 175 CW 173 GW 130 I am also nursing a five month old baby so I’m hoping that will help me really knock off these lbs! Pinterest has been a huge help to me with getting started and finding out what I can and cannot eat.
