Hi team im joe i turn 40 the 28th. My goal is to see 179 or less by then. Lost 10lbs last month my first month doing this. Im currently around 186.4 lbs. My highest was 200+. Ive gave up drinking so much and snacks. 90 percent of diet has been vegetarian. I run 2 miles at least 5 days a week. Sometimes more. Cant wait to…

RetroJoe28 December Week 5 PW: 187.6 CW: 186.4 It was down to 185 but with funeral and things it is ok. Hey i finished with exact 10lbs lost only 11 or 12 lbs from my goal :) next month im ready to take on hope to see you all there :)

Well funeral was yesterday so now i can get back at it. Well tomorrow is weight in day so we will see how that goes being off track all week. Started day out with 2 mile run. And get my diet back in check. Then i can shoot for next month :) and my goal to see 179 or lower. My birthday is jan 28th and i turn the big 40

Havent posted much this week lost a family member this past weekend and went off the rails a lil bit. Hope after the funeral this weekend i can get my mind back into the game. Get back to my diet and work outs.
