What would you suggest I start with? I'm completely overwhelmed. Should I eat the same amount as my BMR and workout everyday to burn 500 calories?

MFP: I've set my goal to lose 2 pounds a week and it says I have to eat 1200 calories a day! You've said my BMR is too low of calories to eat... well MFP tells me to eat 1200! That's not a lot 1200 cals a day. I'll be starving!
