Yeah I wouldn't go by ur Fitbit calories...I would just do ur elipitical. But u also have to but in ur weight and height on it or it will calculate wrong.

I eat belvita breakfast bars every morning for breakfast.( Have been for over a year now) I love them and they arnt horrible for you. Lots of flavors so I don't get sick of them. It's just enough to get my metabolism going and curve my appetite until lunch. Usually with water or once a week acid free coffee!

Brussel sprouts, green beans and sweet potatoes. Toss in olive oil and a package of dry ranch seasoning. Bake at 400(or 350) for 30-45min depending on desired texture!
