I don’t want my guilty pleasures to be food anymore so I’m working on making my guilty pleasures things like getting a massage or facial, buying new clothing, going out with friends. Also, if I choose to have a treat it’s a choice and it’s really special and purposeful rather than part of my daily routine.

My fitness focus for 2018 is consistency! I want to stay consistent with my diet and exercise. I have a tendency to go through periods where I am extremely dedicated but I burn myself out. This year it is about creating a sustainable, life-long healthy lifestyle.
