Hmm I don't know about healthy but less cals I've made cake. One can of crushed pineapple and one box of cake mix dry (white, yellow or angel food cake) bake as instructions. Then top with light cool whip. I did cup cakes. When I did weight watchers they were one point. I've never figured out the cals per serving.
