Weigh and measure all your food choices, enter everything you eat. I personally like to plan my meals out for the day. I'll edit my diary if my plan didn't work out as soon as I can. But entering my plan for the day helps me keep on track and stay with in the right calories for the day. Also if you have an off day, don'tβ¦

I just avoid foods that cause me to binge it's not worth it so I try not to buy it. I have kids so sometimes I treat them to the stuff I can't have but I true to buy small amounts so they eat them all before I let myself cave and eat them. If I slip up and over indulge I forgive myself and start a new day tomorrow.

I'm always looking for more friends, motivation, support giving and receiving. Everyone is welcome to friend me. I think this is my 5th time over 10 years...I've lost 20 since November wanting to lose 80-90 more. Working on increasing my activity regularly and feeling good.

On here you don't have to be embarrassed about your current weight or if you're struggling to lose weight. Most of us are! My start weight was 250 it's the 5th start I've had! I'm down to 230 now been losing since November! I strongly suggest you don't set your goal to such an extreme. You probably won't achieve it so thatβ¦

Oh I've gotten rid of those clothes long ago I have pants from 5 years ago that I'm just start to fit into. But my juror close from before 3 pregnancies are long gone. I would be happy to be in a 10 I used to be a 3 sometimes 5 depending on the brand. This summer I was between a 20 and 22 now I'm down to an 18.

Yup I just went down to a 38 last month the month before I was a 40 h and spilling out the top... i bought a lot of new bras this summer when they were on sale the down side of losing weight I still have a couple with tags on $60 bucks each... I should have just bought 2...

I'm currently a 38 h. When I was thinner I was a 34 f back in the day super hard to find the right size now with the internet so much easier! Like 15 years ago I wanted a reduction but surgery freaks me out! So I would just like to try to maintain a flattering shape to the best of my ability while I lose my weight. Maybeβ¦

How much weight did you lose? I've lost 20 and have 80-90 to go. When I was very thin I was still large in the chest so maybe I won't lose much idk I just want to try to keep a curvy body.

I mean I don't want to look completely saggy and deflated I know I will loss some boob I just wanted to know if anyone has had success working that area out to where I don't need to see a surgeon...it may just be luck and genetics but I would like to try to work that area out in Hope's I can maintain some curviness idk ifβ¦

I got it today too so annoying. Too sometimes people eat below cals one day because they know the next theyll go over. I haven't been using the diary and I started back today. I used to close it each morning to help keep me committed to the day planned it's a mental thing for me. But maybe I just won't use it. I've beenβ¦

I'm sorry for your loss. My advice is if you let your emotions get the best of your eating habits tomorrow it's ok! Its one day. Just don't forget get to forgive yourself the next day! But tomorrow laugh, cry, morn and celebrate the life he lived tomorrow with your family β€β€β€

Play around in your food diary to get an idea of what you can eat in a day to stay with in your calories. Not sure what sort of breakfast foods you like. But I find protein rich foods to start my day are best. 2 eggs and 3 sausage links are good for me personally.
