  • That's brilliant!! Well done to you! :) A few people have said that weight training is better than cardio. I mainly use an exercise bike around 4 times a week but started with weights over the weekend too.

  • I'm drinking 2litres of water per day. I wonder if menstrual cycle is something to do with it as kdbulger mentioned as I do retain a lot of water. I don't weigh food but I'm only eating vegetables and meat and not huge portions. I'm just sticking to a healthy diet, a lot healthier than how I have been for the past year.…
