I play hockey, mostly against guys, and I want to be able to hold my own in a game. I also work at a job that requires lifting, so I started weight training and I really liked it.

I find something to keep me busy, especially if it requires two hands and not sitting. Helps to keep my mind off the hunger.

I have a punching bag at home, highly recommended it. When I'm at home, I go more for core/toning exercises, anything bodyweight. Planks, lunges, dips, squats.

I play hockey every week. Keeps me sane. Playing sports is my favorite form of exercise, because it seems less like work. If you feel like being a little crazy, I recommend playing tennis on roller blades. Did that when I was younger, it's ridiculous but fun.

I get on everyday. More friends are always welcome.

Count me in. I've been struggling recently, but am slowly pulling myself together.

My depression comes and goes, but for the last few weeks, it's been sticking. I can't stop eating (mostly anything with sugar) and can't bring myself to get a workout in, even when I have the time. I'm having a difficult time breaking out of this cycle, and it's taking it's toll.

A full sleeve tattoo. And a new leather jacket. What team's jersey are you going to get?

Way to kill it first time around. Downs happen, just have to get through it in time. I'm on everyday, could always use more support.

Could always use more friends. I'm on everyday, trying to be supportive to everyone.

Thanks to some above average stress (short-handed at work, looking for housing), my better eating habits have gone downhill. So for this latest restart, I'm trying a different approach, seeing as how all my previous attempts have failed. I'm focusing more on strength and workouts for now, and will build a new diet plan…

I've been on every day since I joined in January. Lately I've been focusing more on strength than weight loss, so I haven't been keeping up with a food log, but I am tracking workouts. Part of my latest restart is trying to be more active on here, so anyone feel free to add me and help me engage.

Out Cold. Death at a Funeral(the British version).

After a few bad weeks, it's time to get back on track. Once playoff hockey is over, I'm going to need some people to talk to, help me stay motivated.

I've got a weakness for leather jackets, found one that's perfect but currently too snug. Can't wait to rock it.

The Thousand Names by Django Wexler. I read a lot of fantasy and mystery, some fiction.

A solid sense of humor(especially sarcasm). Loves hockey. Great with dogs. Any of those and I'm interested. As for appearances, biceps.

I'm new to this app, so I could definitely use some friends/motivators.

I work one overnight a week, and literally any hour of the day the rest of the week. Trying to get my body into an overnight schedule for two days is what kills my progress every week. I haven't figured out a good system for staying on track with my eating yet, but if I do, I will share my ideas.

New to this app, no idea yet how it works. I'm working on burning fat, building muscle and being all around stronger, as well as a better hockey player. Happy trials everyone.
