Shin Splints
How do I combat shin splints? I've always hated running, never been good at it, and every time I try to take it up, I get shin splints right away. Are there any good exercises or plans that will help remedy this problem?

Exercises for helping me at work
My job requires a lot of lifting, nothing too heavy (No more than 60 lbs), but after hours of repetitive lifting and often in a hurry, my back is usually sore. Chocolate Milk
After a workout, yay or nay? I've heard it's a good protein source, especially after strength training. Is is better/worse/equivalent to protein powder shake? Or just thoughts about the joy of chocolate milk in general.
