  • ...Well if it means nonsense - I'm sorry to all the people I've offend. I meant it in a way of 'WOO! YEAH BOI!' I guess that was all... Woo.
  • Breakfast: Chia Cashew Blueberry Porridge with English breakfast tea Lunch: DIY Flaffel Wrap, with Moroccan houmous and lettuce, red pepper and carrot Dinner: Beetroot burger with boiled broccoli and beans Snacks: A surprise (I'm not too sure yet! aha probably a banana)
  • YEA BOI! Keep it up! How do you feel for it?
  • I bought a tight fitted dress to wear to my college awards evening - but I was so self-conscious because I had put on so much weight, so I also bought Bridget Jones knickers to suck myself in, only I had brought them too small so they gave me the worst VPL ever recorded. Today I put on the dress to work and I didn't need…
  • gutted! just gone plant based so cant enjoy it, i've been waited for halo top for years! Ahh :(
  • I keep hearing 'Have you've gotten taller?' - I mean I'm pretty sure I stopped growing years ago! Does anyone else find this?
  • In less than 3 months I went from 152 down to 137, 1200 calories a day, no processed carbohydrates and exercise - dropped from being a tight size 12 to a roomy 10! working on that size 8! And you'll look gorgeous at the wedding no matter what!
  • I started out at 150 llbs and now I'm at 138.6llbs, and that was over 2 months although with Christmas and all the temptations I did fluctuate but maintains a weight of 140llbs, my goal is 135llbs so I'm confident that I'll be able to get it by the end of the month. After that I want to drop to either 130, or 125 but I am…
  • I quite enjoy cashew milk, it's quite creamy and thick, good in tea as well - I think almond milk is too watery for my liking... I so agree with you on the cheese, I haven't had it since I went vegan but I tried tesco's mature vegan cheddar and was the most foulest thing I have ever tried - fingers crossed for their other…
  • Congrats! I'm in the same process only thing I haven't cut out is chocolate (I got a hell of an amount for christmas so am slowly weaning it down) My biggest tip for going vegan is once you've ran out of a non vegan product such as milk, replace it with the vegan alternative such as a plant based milk. I find this has been…
  • I totally get the whole excuse thing! Especially when people try to fob something off as a 'free meal' - Weightwatchers/Slimming World, and while I know that it's worked for some, you can't eat unlimited pasta and still expect to lose weight and then complain when you don't lose weight... Also noticing how much of a…
  • My daily go to is 30 grams Jumbo oats, 50 grams of blueberrys and 20 ml Almond/Cashew milk and a teaspoon of muscovado sugar, nuke it or heat it on the stove and it tastes like a blueberry muffin. I also love rye bread with marmite - and if I'm in a dash, a protein shake does the job for me.
  • I never thought about it that way, that is quite cool - I was confused as to why supposed 70% were meant to be yet I only know 1 person with an intolerance to lactose. Evolution in black and white. Also @jseams1234 I haven't seen it! I keep getting told to though - its on my list, although I fear I'll never be able to have…
  • This is a really interesting discussion - I've had three people I know who haven't ever had an issue with gluten with diagnosed with an allergy against it, and avoid it on the orders of the doctors even though it didn't bother them before... A little odd. As for Lactose, I used to love all things dairy but don't touch the…
  • English breakfast is my all time favourite, and I would say is on the same level of coffee in the terms of sweetness/bitterness and individual taste (but doesn't taste like coffee, I bet that made no sense) - I have it with almond milk (I eat a plant based diet) but semi skimmed also known as 0.1% fat milk is what I used…
