  • A great YouTube series on Reverse Dieting is on High Fat High Fun's YouTube channel. He has a series with a great coach on his Reverse Diet. I'm currently on week one of my reverse diet. I know that it's not easy to wrap your head around this when you're used to dieting. It's a little scary, but it works and long term…
  • I'm finding the same thing. I bounce up and down. I'm actually in a kind of pre-maintenance. I want to maintain my lowest weight until the end of the year. I'm about 20 pounds from where I ultimately want to be but I feel good where I am now so I'm in no hurry. I think for me, a lot of it has to do with water weight…
  • Good for you. Many people with the same issues have succeeded so you know you CAN DO THIS! Consistency is key.
  • I love eggs too. They are a staple in my diet. I probably eat a dozen easy a week. I eat them scrambled in butter, in crepes on the weekend, egg salad, in my desserts. . .
  • Great job. Keep up that good work. You're almost there.
  • I've just switched my IF from afternoon/eve to eve/morning a week ago. I believe I sleep better as long as I don't eat after 6:00 p.m. I'm an early riser so I'm still a bit hungry at my usual breakfast time but that may just be mental. I also workout at lunch so I'm having to get used to that on an empty stomach. It seems…
  • These things happen. Don't dwell on it. Get right back on and it would be a good idea not to allow yourself anything that is a trigger for you. Even a bite. This is a bad habit and can lead to binges. Avoid low carb replacements like keto friendly desserts. If you're prone to binges, these can also lead you astray.
  • Hi. I don't really know, I'll just declare that right here, however, 2,000 sounds pretty high but as you said you are very active. I would say go up to 1,500 first and maybe try cutting your carbs. If that works, and you're still losing or maintaining, then go up to 2,000. Of course, what do I know. Congratulations on your…
  • This may be the single best post I've ever seen on Keto way of life. So much of this are things that I've discovered and fully believe. Great post.
  • For the last 4 weeks, I've been staying well in Ketosis on an average of 35 grams a day. I'm glad I haven't had to go lower as it allows me some veg and a little fruit, not to mention the occasional keto friendly dessert.
  • I'm doing Intermittent Fasting and the 5-Day diet. I'd love friends to help me stay motivated and who I can help motivate! :)
  • Starting Monday, I'm going to be on the 5-day diet. I'm looking forward to seeing results with this and the IF. I have been eating too much and too many carbs during my eating windows. I wish I could stick to the Keto diet but it doesn't appeal to me right now.
  • I've been doing it since September 2017 and I love it. I do the 18/6 protocol. I don't eat before 8 a.m. and usually finish well before 2:00.
