Yes x 3 Orangetheory again (506 calories burned, 22 splat points) plus 12k steps. I’m leaving tomorrow to chaperone high school juniors in New Orleans for 4 days. I know I won’t be able to work out, but we’ll be walking a TON and I won’t have any alcohol, so surely it’ll even out!!

Hey, y’all! I just joined today, but I just got back from vacation last night, so it’s the first day I’ve tracked all day long, too. Exercise: yes—I cleaned house for hours! Calories: yes Track: every bite :) This is my first group-I’m looking forward to it!
