I included plyometrics last year when I was training for speed, and it really did help. I did one interval running session, and 1-2 plyometric circles per week and I PRed in all distances between 4-7k. It really does help with explosiveness and speed for shorter distances. I'd also say depends on the plan, but I think I'd skip it. Making up for lost miles is hard if you're following a training plan, cause it might mess with your other workouts.

I always went to the salad bar at school and added enough carbs and protein to make it a proper meal. maybe ask for skinny chicken breasts if you can. there should be enough healthy options! and then make sure to work out enough :) if you expand more calories than you consume, you will always lose weight!

above me is right... there's no gender specific way not to be fluffy. You need to lose weight, get your body fat down and then build some muscle. Before that they won't show.
