  • It's been pretty accurate with me too. My worry is I do weights as well, but don't see where it is figured in to the exercise. Am I missing something on this? Thanks.

  • Thanks for your input, appreciate it so much. I do 20 minutes cardio (treadmill) 3.8-4.0 mph then head into weight training then crunches. I don't want muscle, just want to be a lean mean fighting machine. Hubby was proud of me for going last night.... I also do 40 minute walks during the week, which I LOVE, try to do 15…

I have steadily gone over mine anywhere from 40 to 150 a day, I don't mean too, but until I get used to taking in only 1200 calories a day it's going to be a learning curve pretty much.... OH and I work out for at least 40 minutes every day, my goal is 4 times a week but I have managed to get a head start…
