It's ok to lose weight that fast if your losing fat. Where you can get into trouble is if you start burning muscle and stuff, but that probably won't happen if you gained the weight super rapidly. Hey! Ya, I am in the same boat. I gained about 60-70Lbs (30kg) the last few years by simply not caring and eating whatever and not doing much. I have dropped about half of that in 2 months.
