First 30Lbs Down! Last 30 Lbs to go!
Hey everyone! This app and watching my calories was a game changer. Gained 60 Lbs since I was last healthy and fit in 2012. Been using P90X and running and eating clean the last 2 months. Lost 30 Lbs. but now I have to do that all over again it seems daunting. Any tips for keeping it going/ staying motivated? Thanks!
