Actually, there are other fast food joints that have better fish sandwiches, in my opinion. BK has a great one, as well as Wendy's. Arby's even has a decent fish sandwich. Honestly, as I have fish sandwiches at other places, the Filet-O-Fish keeps moving lower and lower on my list.

I don't have "cheat days." If I want something, I will just eat the serving size. Also, if my husband and I go out to eat on the weekend, I don't mind going over that day because I want to enjoy what I'm eating and not worry about it.

Here's a little fact for the day: The Filet-O-Fish at McDonald's was created because of Lent. Hamburger sales dropped significantly on Fridays, so they brought this sandwich in to keep their sales at bay.

I had been in "Lose .5 lbs a week" for a while and then switched to "Maintain" once I hit my goal. Yes, I'm still losing weight on maintenance, and yes, actually, my work pants no longer fit like they did. Women's work pants don't usually have belt loops on them, so I have no way of holding them up without a safety pin.

I don't specifically do a cheat day, but if I want to eat something on the weekend that isn't when I eat during the week, I don't sweat if. I ALWAYS track it, though.

When I started MFP again on New Years, I realized that eyeballing does NOT work for me. I always thought that I was doing okay...until I was portioning. Then the weight started falling off.

I feel like it's a bunch of BS. Maybe it's just because I was considered "overweight" at 137. I'm now 132 and BARELY in the "normal" category. I'm 5' 1 1/2" so I look at the weights between 5'1" and 5'2".

The scale weight, for me, was just my goal. My goal was to get back down to the weight that my license says. I donated a lot of older clothes to a women's shelter. It made me feel a lot better about letting them go!

Does MFP give you those calories, or are you giving yourself those calories? I'm not even working out and I'm losing at my "maintain" of 1800!

Since Sunday, my scale said I've lost 2 more lbs. I'm pretty healthy, so I don't think it's anything more than what I'm eating. I also don't exercise. I just cringe when I go over my 1800 calories, but I'm going to take everyone's suggestions to heart. Thanks!
