  • Well it’s been a hard 10 weeks but gone from 12 stone down to 11 without diet just training hard 3 times a week not bad for 44 year old
  • Hi there the best advise I can give you is never try and diet instead think of something that you eat often that’s bad for you ie coke cake sweets etc and just remove it for four weeks doing that with different things ever four week will make you think more about what your eating good luck
