Hi guys and gals After destroying my shoulder riding freestyle snowboarding in Dec 16 and having a steel plate fitted I spent the best part of 2017 recovering and being 43 spent to much time eating and drinking and very little activity so decided to give myself a 12 week challenge to go from12 stone
Back to my pre injury weight of 11stone going to be hard mainly the eating and drinking bit but I am mentally in a good place so wish me luck
