I’ve learned diet is the biggest part. Working out helps a lot, and sometimes I’d rather run 6 miles than pass up a good cheeseburger. I’m not in CA but feel free to add me. Keep hanging in there. It took me about a week to start seeing results and really two weeks to start seeing significant results.
