@kbeyer23 12 pounds is fantastic! @dignow96 Amazing! @b_lisieux Excellent! I hope you'll be around for future challenges. Have a great summer! @EmergencyGraphics You still came out ahead. I was in the same boat for this challenge. I could've done much better with more effort.

Think Spring! I like these the best: http://www.cloverleaf.ca/en/products/brisling-sardines-olive-oil I'm in Canada. Not sure if they're available where you are.

Oh, that's too bad! I loved the creamy caramel but was so-so on the chocolate fudge brownie. (I do prefer the CoolWay better when it comes to chocolate) I didn't try the flavour you tested but mocha isn't my favourite.

Congratulations on getting your driver's license!

lol ... it's a great loss! I wanted you to own all of it!

Wow! You're doing so great!

That's a 10.8 loss, no?

Goodnorth Chocolate Fudge Brownie ice cream.

CICO stands for Calories In/Calories Out. Eat less than your body requires = lose weight. Eat just enough = maintain. Eat more than your body requires = weight gain.
-
I don't find that's necessarily true. I have bad days over 3000 calories and it usually just takes anywhere from 1 to 3 days to come off again and often I end up at a slightly lower weight. 1000 extra calories over two days isn't even a pound of weight and nothing to worry about. Any number higher on the scale is usually…

Wow! You're doing so well. Congrats on your results so far!

Congrats on hitting Onederland! That must feel fantastic. About how long did it take you to get under 200 from your starting weight, if you don't mind me asking?

The creamy caramel was ++ better than the fudge brownie. CoolWay chocolate chocolate chip is better, imo. I want to try the cookies & cream next but I'll wait for a sale.
-
Found it at Food Basics! Tried a half cup of Creamy Caramel and a half cup of Chocolate Fudge Brownie. Won't be buying any HaloTop again. I'll be sticking with CoolWay and Goodnorth. The Creamy Caramel was especially good with good blobs of caramel throughout.

Go @BarneyRubbleMD! What is helping you prevent bingeing?

Amended: B - cottage cheese with raspberries L - boiled eggs & miracle whip and 4 ryvita crispbreads D - chicken breast & miracle whip with lettuce on 1 flatout flatbread Snacks - pint of Halo Top + 3% plain yogurt with blueberries + 5 almonds Bevs - tea with 5% cream…

Hi there and congrats on dusting yourself off and getting back on the horse! I'm 57 and have been at this for pretty much my entire adult life. Like you, I'd do well for a limited amount of time but then quit, usually after a binge day of eating or not seeing a number I wanted to see on the scale. I don't know what finally…

Yesterday, I got in to the Halo Top and CoolWay so I just had 2 green onions, a banana, broccoli, carrots and 2 celery stalks sprinkled throughout the day in between eating ice cream. :) Today will be a bit better with raspberries, salad, Brussels sprouts, carrots & blueberries (more volume of each than anything I ate…

@canyonGeek Thanks again for the summarization! I hope this means you're feeling at least somewhat better, hopefully much better.
