Hi everyone - im so sorry I’ve been MIA this month, it’s been very hectic and stressful with working towards my driving test, but I did it today and passed - which I’m shocked at as I expected to fail with it being my first attempt lol - but I’ll be posting next months challenge within the next few days
I’ll post and let you all know when it’s up and running for those who wish to continue with these monthly challenges :)

Keep smashing it everyone :) x

Congratulations on getting your driver's license!

Happy early Birthday! You share a b-day with Sam Heughan, he's one of my favorite actors on this show called Outlander. He's super-cute. Anyway, hope you have fun!

My weigh day is Thursday so:

April 5 - 143.9 (0.5lb down). Not very impressive seeing that I've been tracking what I've eaten and made sure I've not eaten back all the calories from exercise. :/ Any suggestions on how to make a dent on weight loss?
April 12 - 144.7 (0.8 up). On holiday, so ate loads and didn't track very well! :'(
April 19 - 144.7 (no change) thought I was tracking well, but looks like I'm not! ARGH!!
April 26 - 141.4 (3.3 down) more careful tracking and less carbs at lunch

Total loss for April :- 3 pounds down! :D

    Original Starting weight: 242
    April Starting Weight: 198
April Goal: Below 195 (trying to break plateau)
Juggling same 5 lbs for months now...

    April 7th:-198.2
    April 14:-198.6
April 21st: 200 (salt, water, strength training etc..)
    April 27: 199.4
April 30th: (Pre-TOM) May or may not even bother to weigh-in...Mentally, it's not worth it!

I decided to weight today because I knew I was going to have snack night tonight: red wine and goodies etc...So I know my weight will fluctuate on Saturday. It's funny because a few days ago after I finished a 37 hr FAST, I ate the saltiest dinner EVER and it definitely showed up on the scale: +2 gain! 202!!
I knew what it was and what to do....Drink water, exercise, wear compression socks, elevate feet, then 3 days later--BOOM--lost -3 lbs of water weight! Now I'm back in ONEderland!
I hope to keep moving forward now that it will be consistently warm; I'm going to see a lot of positive results in May. Looking forward to May...Miracle May!

*Need to ease up on the sodium*

Congrats on hitting Onederland! That must feel fantastic.
About how long did it take you to get under 200 from your starting weight, if you don't mind me asking?

Thank you, it felt wonderful! It took me from the beginning of November thru the beginning of April to get under 200. It is a lot of hard work but so worth it!
