Lowest weight - June 10th 2017 : 52.4kg -115.28lbs
152cm tall.
Have been binge eating for the last 5 weeks and have re-gained another 5kg, trying to get my eating back under control.
Re-set. re-adjust. re-start. re-focus...As many times as you need to. Just don't give up.

Total loss in April: 18.0lbs - I've been intermittent fasting, adding some lifting and running to my exercise routine, and since I was having a really hard time meeting my macros I decided to try a keto macro split. Only been doing that for a day now but I was within 2g on all of my macros yesterday so it seems to work a bit better for me. On top of 18 pounds - very happy about the loss but a tiny bit concerned that its a little fast. I'm fine with slow and steady as I don't want any of it back. Thanks to everyone in the challenge for your support - its been a great help. Congrats to everyone - keep up all your hard work!5 -

Yippee! I hope I am not jinxing myself, but I think the plateau is busted.
After not seeing a new daily low since March 4th, yesterday I saw 203.7, and 203.6 today. Hoping I lose a bit more before I pop up again, that is my pattern. Hopefully I can progress a bit before the next inevitable plateau.
Nevertheless I am happy for small victories!
For some reason my ticker isn't updated properly. Could be a MFP glitch...

About how long did it take you to get under 200 from your starting weight, if you don't mind me asking?
Thank you, it felt wonderful! It took me from the beginning of November thru the beginning of April to get under 200. It is a lot of hard work but so worth it!
That's a great rate of loss and I'm very happy for you! I know I can't wait to see the number 1 in front of my weight, too.

Hi everyone. I fell off for a little while after my corrective eye surgery, still a little blurry but back.

April has been quite a ride. My goal was to lose ten pounds and I definitely lost more than that. I had surgery during the second week of April and was placed on a full liquid diet for four weeks by my doctor. With that I lost ~16 lbs. I don’t plan on keeping it all off but it has changed my body a lot and allowed me to realize that i don’t necessarily have a “food/carb addiction” like I previous thought, just poor willpower. During these past three weeks i haven’t had any true cravings for food. There were a couple of times where I wanted to eat certain foods but i didn’t lose my mind like I normally would have, had I not been on this diet. Anyhow, it was a great month overall. Hopefully I can keep most of the weight off when i go back to solid foods next week and continue making progress towards my ultimate goal.
Great job everyone! We made it through another month.

Apr 10: 127.2 - Today I gave myself the slap in the face that I needed to wake up - I've been lying to myself about my food intake and exercise calories burned and hoping that the scale will just magically go lower instead of higher. It's time for me to let go of the excuses I've been making and finally get to my goal weight. I WILL do this!

Apr 30: 127.4 - Looking at my body and not focusing on the scale as much and I've been adding more strength training into my workouts lately. Would I like the number to be smaller on the scale? Well sure, but I'm actually kind of happy with the way by body is starting to look right now.
