    About how long did it take you to get under 200 from your starting weight, if you don't mind me asking?

    Thank you, it felt wonderful! It took me from the beginning of November thru the beginning of April to get under 200. It is a lot of hard work but so worth it!

    That's a great rate of loss and I'm very happy for you! I know I can't wait to see the number 1 in front of my weight, too. :)

    Disppointed on the weight gain this past week. Wasn’t tracking and eating was a bit out of control. I’m fitting into some pants that were a bit too snug so That makes me happy!

    Hi everyone. I fell off for a little while after my corrective eye surgery, still a little blurry but back.
    Original starting weight: 200lbs
    April goal weight: 188lbs
    Ultimate goal weight: 145-160lbs
    4-1: 193.4lbs
    4-8: 190lbs
    4-15: 187.6lbs
    4-22189.4lbs (after falling off the wagon)
    4-29: 188.4lbs (back on track)
    Total loss for April: 5lbs
    I also lost an inch off my waist and chest along with 2 inches from my hips. Hope there will be another challenge.

    April has been quite a ride. My goal was to lose ten pounds and I definitely lost more than that. I had surgery during the second week of April and was placed on a full liquid diet for four weeks by my doctor. With that I lost ~16 lbs. I don’t plan on keeping it all off but it has changed my body a lot and allowed me to realize that i don’t necessarily have a “food/carb addiction” like I previous thought, just poor willpower. During these past three weeks i haven’t had any true cravings for food. There were a couple of times where I wanted to eat certain foods but i didn’t lose my mind like I normally would have, had I not been on this diet. Anyhow, it was a great month overall. Hopefully I can keep most of the weight off when i go back to solid foods next week and continue making progress towards my ultimate goal.

    Great job everyone! We made it through another month.

    Apr 10: 127.2 - Today I gave myself the slap in the face that I needed to wake up - I've been lying to myself about my food intake and exercise calories burned and hoping that the scale will just magically go lower instead of higher. It's time for me to let go of the excuses I've been making and finally get to my goal weight. I WILL do this!

    Apr 14: 126.6
    Apr 30: 127.4 - Looking at my body and not focusing on the scale as much and I've been adding more strength training into my workouts lately. Would I like the number to be smaller on the scale? Well sure, but I'm actually kind of happy with the way by body is starting to look right now.
