    Started my journey a little over a year ago. Really started becoming focused in late January 2018 and have made so much progress since then. I know my goal is higher then the 5 lbs but still would like to join to get inspiration and motivation from others.

    Total loss after Easter Sunday is 4.6lbs( I gained 3 lbs after all of my Easter Sunday meals-197lbs).

    My body is putting up a fight and does not want me to get to the 180's lbs yet. I will continue to battle.

    My weigh day is Thursday so:

    April 5 - 143.9 (0.5lb down). Not very impressive seeing that I've been tracking what I've eaten and made sure I've not eaten back all the calories from exercise. :/ Any suggestions on how to make a dent on weight loss?
    April 12 - 144.7 (0.8 up). On holiday, so ate loads and didn't track very well! :'(
