Hi, great challenge. Just seeing this..and I need this motivation.
Original SW - 67.9kg (the latest original starting weight. I have been on and off MFP over the years..but now realise weight loss is a lifestyle choice/habit...go easy..go steady and it will gradually happen. So now here for the long-term)

Kinda concerned I had two days of slacking18th & 19th. On both days, I didn't get to eat till got home from work after a very busy long day shift. So I ate...ate with the thought that I had eaten no food all day, just had two cups of tea. I didn't eat with my brain.
Both days I over-ate by almost 500 calories and with no exercise work out since the weekend...I guess the effect will show up on my next weigh-in.2 -

My weigh day is Thursday so:
April 5 - 143.9 (0.5lb down). Not very impressive seeing that I've been tracking what I've eaten and made sure I've not eaten back all the calories from exercise. Any suggestions on how to make a dent on weight loss?
April 12 - 144.7 (0.8 up). On holiday, so ate loads and didn't track very well!
April 19 - 144.7 (no change) thought I was tracking well, but looks like I'm not! ARGH!!

I don't find that's necessarily true. I have bad days over 3000 calories and it usually just takes anywhere from 1 to 3 days to come off again and often I end up at a slightly lower weight. 1000 extra calories over two days isn't even a pound of weight and nothing to worry about. Any number higher on the scale is usually water and waste weight and not a gain in fat. Just keep going and you'll be fine.3 -
