  • Jan 18 - Day 15 Me:11* LNS: 4 Staying out of the kitchen and drinking plain water. Most of my problem with LNS is in my head not my stomach. I'm trying to remind myself how great I'll feel in the morning knowing I didn't give in to overeating.

  • I stress eat, too. Just hang in there and keep going! I find checking in more often helpful when I'm feeling like I'm struggling. It helps me stay reigned in even if I have a few bad days. I hope whatever is stressing you gets resolved. {HUGS}
