  • Jan 13 - Day 10 Me: 7* LNS: 3 Decided to chime in now. I did have 3 squares of dark chocolate with some apple tea after my day's planned eating but this was instead of stuffing my face like I felt like doing tonight so I'm calling it a win for me. It just added 99 calories to the day.

  • My guess is that it's just your muscles hanging on to water weight while they repair themselves. It doesn't happen for me if I "just" walk but if I hit the weights it for sure shows up on the scale. I think you're doing very well!
