@jenn990205 I know it seems frustrating to "only" see a .2# loss but if you were to lose that amount every day for an entire year, you'd weigh 73 pounds less! You don't need to lose anywhere near that so take heart. In a month at the same speed, you'll be 6 pounds less. You'll get there. Try not to be so hard on yourself.…
