That's exactly how I did it. If you are on your phone, go to the Health App > Sources > MyFitnessPal > And I just turn everything on for all categories to be safe.

Welcome! Log everything! Including things like ketchup, sour cream, cheese etc. It helps you to see the overall picture in everything. Take small steps and make changes slowly. Plan to drink more water one week. Add more fruits/vegetables in another week. Feel free to add me!
