48 yr old female. 5'3 1/18- 134 1/19-134 1/20-135. Have stayed within my 1200 calories, drinking my water, brisk 30 minute walk yesterday. Frustrated with the scale but not giving up. I'm thankful for this MFP group keeping me on track. 2 birthday parties today...but I am determined.
